These "Reservist ADR Advisors" are temporary, intermittent, on-call Federal employees who are deployed on short notice for 30-60 days to large presidentially-declared disasters. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, have a four-year college degree, and five years of Ombuds or related ADR experience. In addition, significant ADR training, work group assessment, and teambuilding are required. Applications are due August 12, 2016. The positions currently pay $40.77 per hour. (USAJobs.)
