Internship Opportunity with American Red Cross Ombuds

The Red Cross Office of the Corporate Ombudsman in Washington, DC is accepting applications for a full-time, summer internship. The opportunity is open to graduate students working towards a degree in Conflict Resolution or related field, and (for the first time) undergraduate seniors.
The intern may assist with the following activities: 
  • Exploring various social science and psychology models relating to the dynamics of organizational and inter-personal conflict;
  • Supporting presentations and group facilitations undertaken by the office;
  • Supporting initiatives relating to quantifying value of dispute resolution programs; and
  • Supporting a project on building about collaboration and resolution functions on disaster relief operations.
