#RenoACR15: "Thinking About Our Thinking on Mediator Ethics"

This year’s Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) national conference features more than 120 speakers on diverse conflict resolution topics in over 75 sessions.  Join more than 400 other conflict resolution practitioners this October in Reno, Nevada from October 7-10.

Here is a brief glimpse of four of the many exciting sessions that are being offered:

Session organizers, Wheeler and Press have spent years thinking about mediator ethics. In this session, they will lead a discussion drawn from ethical dilemmas posed by ACR mediators which have been collected in the months preceding the conference. In addition to using the Model Standards to resolve the dilemmas, Press and Wheeler will reflect on what the posed dilemmas say about mediator thinking about ethics and ethical dilemmas.

Feel free to post ethical dilemmas that are on your mind ... or send them to me and Terry at spress01@hamline.edu

We hope you will join us in Reno for what promises to be a thought provoking and interesting session... plus we know how to have conversations about ethics which are fun!
