Minnesota trial judges aren't the only onesadvocating alternative dispute resolution (see our last newsletter). In an article talking about politics in particular and the resolution of disputes more generally, former N.Y.  Governor (and attorney) Mario Cuomo concludes "the best way to resolve disputes—individual, corporate, marital and social—is to mediate or use some other alternate devices." Read more...
