Soliya is an international organization fostering intercultural dialogue and understaning, and an implementing partner of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations.

One of our programs, the Facilitation Training and Practicum, offers the unique opportunity to graduates and professionals to learn or enhance indispensable ADR skills and actively facilitate live cross-cultural conversations. In a real and stimulating context, trainees analyze a number of group dynamics and a variety of topics with peers in over 30 countries, fostering better understanding and lasting relationships.

Soliya offers two Advanced and two Basic Facilitation and Conflict Resolution trainings a year

Basic Training allows applicants who are interested in dialogue and Soliya’s program, but are not experienced with facilitation, to be introduced to some of the basic techniques and principles of facilitation.

Advanced Training is tailored for applicants that have a strong foundation in conflict resolution and facilitation and are ready for more advanced and specific techniques. All training programs provide facilitators with transferable collaborative leadership and conflict resolution skills that they can use in a variety of professional contexts.

Training times are flexible and both training and practicum are online. Applicants who successfully complete the Facilitation Training and Practicum will receive a certificate endorsed by the UNAOC.

Apply by January 24th to our upcoming Basic Facilitation Training  starting in February or to our Advanced Facilitation Training starting in May . The individual Training Fee is 750$. A limited number of scholarships are available. If you are interested in an institutional partnership, please contact: claudia@soliya.net.
