Join Mike Thompson, Executive director of Iowa Mediation Service, Inc., for April's webinar as he will lead a discussion of mediation of home mortgage cases. About Michael Thompson:
Micheal Thompson is the Executive Director of the Iowa Mediation Service, Ins. and has been since 1985. Mike is an experienced professional in the field of dispute resolution and has been for 35 years. He is well known nationally and has experience on the international level. He has mediated disputes in an array of areas including: farmer creditor disputes, home mortgages, family issues, public policy cases, truancy, victim offender cases, business cases, labor relations, school disputes, and an array of other governmental issues. He also has facilitated numerous disputes including cases for various state and federal agencies including the Department of Natural Resources, Department of Human Services, Department of Agriculture, Attorney General's Office, US Department of Agriculture, US Department of Justice and various other organizations including federal and state courts. Besides mediating and facilitating Mike has significant experience as a trainer in the field of dispute resolution, and he is also known as an arbitrator and fact-finder. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a BA Political Science.
