The Red Cross Office of the Corporate Ombudsman has opened a search for a Deputy Ombudsman.  The position will work closely with the Corporate Ombudsman to collaborate with leaders; to assist internal and external constituents; and to make systemic recommendations. 

Applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree, ten years progressive experience in conflict resolution as a practicing Ombudsman, and five years of supervisory experience.  The position is based in Washington, DC.  No deadline or salary indicated.  (DC Jobs.)
