“Technology-enabled ADR” starts with the first hint of a problem and ends with resolution.  When the seller of a product/ service receives a hint of negative feedback via the web, an “Independent Feedback Review” (similar to eBay Motor’s) Process drives early resolution.  When the service provider receives notice of a claim or lawsuit, an “Evidence Evaluation Process” can link evidence, documents and communications with People, Issues, Time and Money to either drive resolution or empower the parties to control the outcome.  From Early Resolution through Summary Judgment Motion, “Feedback Review” and “Evidence Evaluation” work together to reduce risk and cost.

Jo DeMars is President of DeMars & Associates/ NetNeutrals.com which manages dispute resolution programs for companies such as, eBay, Professional Warranty Services Corp, Ford Motor Company and other home and automobile  service companies. As a published author with more than twenty years experience in dispute resolution, DeMars is a sought after researcher, teacher and speaker whose seminar on ADR in Healthcare was presented at the Physician Insurers Association of America (PIAA) in 2006.  DeMars, who graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin, has been recognized as Wisconsin Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year.



Matthew Radin as Managing Member of Liberty Group (“Liberty”) has developed collaborative, technology-enabled ADR and Conflict Management Processes that have been used to manage over 6,500 real estate and over 50,000 health care professional liability claims.  Specialized “Liberty Legal Plans” are created for organizations that promote ADR, including www.patientdoctoralliance.com which uses ADR to reduce the cost of malpractice insurance and healthcare.  Radin, an attorney licensed in four states, developed these processes through his work with insurance companies, law firms, Realtor® Associatons and Homeowners Marketing Services (HMS), a national network of over 20,000 real estate offices.
