In an environment of increasing competition, it becomes harder for organisations to acknowledge and show the difference they make. The opportunity that an adapted and efficient planning, monitoring and evaluation (PM&E) system offers as an internal learning tool and a way to become more effective is often overlooked, and considered as nothing more than a donor requirement. It can, however, allow you to have a greater impact upon the communities you work with.

This course, developed relying upon the years of experience of our trainers, will equip participants with practical tools and give them basic guidance on how to develop and improve their internal M&E systems, in order achieve better results, and use it as an internal learning tool. It is fun and highly interactive, and participant’s own projects are used as examples during the group exercises, allowing the immediate application of the tools learned during the course.
