The UN agency that focuses on international public health is hiring an Ombudsman for a one-year appointment.  Stationed at the WHO headquarters in Geneva, the Ombuds reports directly to the Director-General and has administrative responsibility for the Ombuds Office. 

Applicants must have an advanced degree and at least 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least five years as a mediator, Ombuds, conflict resolution manager, or related organizational leadership. Expert knowledge of English and French is also required.  Applications are due by March 19, 2014.  (UN Jobs.)
