The private liberal arts college in Maine is hiring its first Ombuds. The full-time, nine-month position reports to the College President and will create a program for all faculty and staff -- about 750 in total. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and five years of progressively responsible related experience. An advanced degree, conflict resolution experience, and Ombuds training, informal and formal dispute resolution training, or other relevant training are preferred.
