Seeking Volunteer Mediators for Exploring the Next Frontier of Online Mediation – Mobile Mediation

In our Virtual Mediation Lab, a pilot project sponsored by the Association for Conflict Resolution Hawaii Chapter, we have already:

>> Demonstrated what online mediation means and how it works in different languages - http://goo.gl/Jh44h

>> Run and video recorded more than 100 online mediation simulations of commercial, workplace, family and international cases with mediators from 26 countries.

With that know-how and experience, we are now planning to launch a new and exciting project -- Mobile Mediation. Its 2 main goals are:

1 – To show (with video recordings of simulations) how parties can now participate in online mediations with their Ipad, Iphone, and Android device - from wherever they are.

2 – To show a few examples of innovative applications of mobile mediation

Therefore, we are seeking volunteer mediators with:

>> Min. 2-year experience in face-to-face or online mediation
>> Ipad, Iphone or Android device
>> Innovative mindset
>> Min. 2 hours per week to dedicate to our project after it starts (in July/August 2013)
