According to a number of workplace conflict resolution consultants and authors literally 99.999 percent or maybe more of interpersonal conflicts which occur at work will be handled at work by the people who work there, for better or worse. They are not going to end up being referred to a mediation professional plus they have no need to be.

A destructive consequence of unresolved workplace conflicts is their viral effect, landing on the dinner table in your home where their spouse and children becomes contaminated as well.

This is especially true whenever a family or privately-owned company is involved because there is essentially no separation between family conflict and business conflict in most situations.
