In a previous position, I worked directly for the EEO Director, assisted and participated
fact finding investigation to resolve employee related conflicts; participate in arbitration, Training:
(All training included Arbitration and Mediations) 45 Hours of Civil Litigation Law/402- The Art of
Negotiation, Mgt 434 - Employment Law, Mgt/445 Organizational Negotiations, HRM/531 Human
Capital Management. USN Tier II Mediation Training
I am an experienced and approved American Bar Association (ABA) Paralegal-Generalist, which has
afforded me the ability investigate evidence, facts and claims relative to disputes as well as objectively
analyze findings. I recently graduated with an MBA. I prepare and assist managers and supervisors
with a variety of sensitive actions, ensuring that information is accessible only to those authorized to
have access, I am adept at communicating both, oral and in writing. I facilitate meetings, develop
presentations, write letters and reports, and chair committees and meetings, In my current role, I am
often called upon to assist employees, managers and contractors with difficult issues that require me to
act as go-between, In these situations, I work with all parties to ensure mutually agreeable resolution.
