I started my career working for a major AFL-CIO union, first as a union organizer, and later as a business agent. Now I represent employers exclusively. As a negotiator I have represented companies in collective bargaining (including interest-based/mutual gains bargaining) and acted as employers’ advocate in grievance and arbitration proceedings

While my background and experience has given me a unique perspective into the arena of labor and employee relations I am always searching for ways to help clients resolve difficult and complex employee relations and labor relations issues.
