basic mediation training from Pepperdine/Strauss staff in 1992; additional advanced trainings at Pepperdine, CSU Domguez Hills; ombuds training from IOA; 600+ mediations conducted and 200+ attended as advocate for party.

Southern California Mediation Association, Association for Conflict Resolution, Ventura Center for Dispute Settlement, Mediators Beyond Borders.

Additional learning and assistance in dealing with difficult conflict situations.
