Full time ADR professional (arbitrator and mediator); 30 years experience in dispute resolution; served in over 200+ arbitrations and mediations; frequent speaker on ADR for several national organizations; took training from Pepperdine University's Straus Institute, Harvard Negotiation Course, NY State and City Bar Association Mediation Course.
