I have approximately 20 years experience handling reinsurance arbitration proceedings and litigation under the Federal Arbitration Act, including the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. I have also represented clients in mediation. I frequently write on ADR-related topics, and am the editor of the Loree Reinsurance and Arbitration Forum (http://www.loreelawfirm.com/blog). I also own and co-manage with others LinkedIn's Commercial and Industry Arbitration and Mediation Group, which is almost 700 members strong.
