Dr. Goldberg has been active in the field of Conflict Resolution for over 25 years. She has expertise in individual, organizational and multi-party conflict and has done work around controversial issues like pro-life/pro-choice activism, institutional racism, and Native American land claim conflict. She is a long time specialist in cross-cultural and diversity work, is now focusing on designing and providing a new model, Wisdom Conflict Resolution, which combines emotional, somatic, and spiritual practices with classic mediation. She is currently an Assistant Professor for the Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution Department at Salisbury University, in Salisbury, MD.
