What is your profession and title?: Accredited Family Law Mediator

What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education): I am a mediator and Partner in the Dumbarton office of McArthur Stanton Solicitors, and founder of Mediation In Your Pocket. I am accredited by the Law Society of Scotland in family mediation, am a member of CALM Scotland (Comprehensive Accredited Lawyer Mediators) and the Family Law Association, am a trustee of the Scottish Mediation Network, and was the first Scottish member of the Voices In The Middle campaign helping to ensure a voice and support for kids in separation. I am also a member of the Advisory Board of Voices In The Middle. I am happy to accept referrals for all types of family mediations, including those relating to children and finances. If you have a query or wish to discuss whether family mediation would assist you or your client, please feel free to contact me.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.): I am in the process of developing Mediation In Your Pocket, a site designed to disrupt the world of conflict engagement and resolution. Part of this involves creating an automated conflict coach, and attracting as many online mediators as possible to create a network of support for those in conflict seeking more efficient access to online mediation. I will be posting progress on this as time goes on, so in the meantime please sign up to register your interest, no obligation necessary.
