What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
I am a mediator and arbitrator practicing ADR exclusively in eminent domain disputes nationwide. I have extensive experience in both, eminent domain and ADR. Over my 25 year legal career, I handled many eminent domain cases and served as a mediator and arbitrator in litigated civil cases. In 2005 I joined the faculty at Missouri State University where I teach ADR and business law.
