Cardozo to Offer Dispute Resolution & Advocacy LL.M.
New program set to begin in January
Aug 18, 2010

Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City has announced it will launch a new LL.M. program in Dispute Resolution and Advocacy in January 2011.

The new program is designed for domestic and international lawyers, and will draw on the strengths of the school's Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution. Along with coursework, students will be required to write a paper and participate in an externship, clinical, or practical program related to conflict resolution. According to the law school, the Dispute Resolution and Advocacy LL.M. will "offer a unique choice of practical and theoretical training to develop an understanding and vision of the role of the lawyer as a counselor, problem-solver, and advocate."

It will be one of four LL.M. programs offered at Cardozo.
