ENOHE will hold its 10th annual conference at St Catherine’s College, University of Oxford, on April 11-13, 2013. The meeting will be hosted the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education in England and Wales and will examine the implications of a more consumer-focused environment for University Ombudsmen. The cost is £450 for bookings before December 31, 2012 (£500 thereafter) and includes:
- The Conference from lunchtime on Thursday, April 11 to lunchtime on Saturday, April 13;
- All meals and drinks, including the gala dinner on April 12; and
- Accommodation in an en-suite bedroom at St Catherine’s College.
Organizers are also seeking presentations on the conference theme: “Rising Tuition Costs, Rising Complaints: Alternative Approaches to Early Dispute Resolution.” Potential contributors should submit a synopsis for a 30 minute presentation by two speakers. The deadline for submissions is November 2, 2012, and the Conference Planning Committee will announce the program by January 25, 2013. (ENOHE Conf. Flyer; Call for Papers.)
