I like the way yours is set up to allow for people who are familiar with the 'old' gorilla to miss something else - as they were focusing on the gorilla (although, as a teacher, I'd prefer that point came up in class, and wasn't dictated by an anonymous voice...). For a similar point, see this take on the classic 'old lady / young lady' drawing. People familiar with the original 2-face version are the last to see that there is a third face...

Also, I see your point in regards to the video. However, for training purposes, you can also just press the pass/mute the audio- would that help?
