50 Years of Loving

50 years after the Supreme Court's landmark ruling in Loving v. Virginia, the 2040 Initiative and the Werner Institute at Creighton Law School held a symposium to celebrate the milestone and discuss the ongoing implications of the decision. Symposium papers have been published in the recent issue of the Creighton Law Review. 

Professor Palma Strand introduces the topic and the symposium, and discusses its long-term effects on society: an ongoing process of de-othering

Professor Jackie Font reflects on the value of spaces of Otherness and difference, as areas in which oppressive narratives can be disrupted. 

 New Resource on ADRHub: Online Dispute Resolution Bibliography


ADRHub 
is happy to announce a new resource for practitioners, teachers and researchers in the field of ODR: A comprehensive bibliography of the field. Initiated by Dan Rainey, this project brings together the writing on ODR and presents it in a chronological manner, thereby spotlighting the field's development. We invite you to take part in keeping the bibliography current, by sharing new publications and citations.
