50 Years of Loving
50 years after the Supreme Court's landmark ruling in Loving v. Virginia, the 2040 Initiative and the Werner Institute at Creighton Law School held a symposium to celebrate the milestone and discuss the ongoing implications of the decision. ADRHub is happy to announce a new resource for practitioners, teachers and researchers in the field of ODR: A comprehensive bibliography of the field. Initiated by Dan Rainey, this project brings together the writing on ODR and presents it in a chronological manner, thereby spotlighting the field's development. We invite you to take part in keeping the bibliography current, by sharing new publications and citations.
