Ombuds Candidates and Employers Can Connect at IOA 2012 Conference

The International Ombudsman Association's seventh annual conference in Houston will include a Career Connections Program for Ombuds candidates and potential employers. The new program is based on a mailbox system in which candidates can indicate their interest in Ombuds positions and employers can invite candidates to interview for available positions within their organizations.

The service will be provided at no additional cost to conference registrants.  The Career Connections desk will be open during registration and breaks; additional times will be posted at the booth. Individuals and organizations interested in participating need only to complete a Career Connection Form. IOA volunteers will facilitate an informative session about the service and help set up interviews throughout the conference. If you have questions about the Career Connection service, feel free to call Laurelyn Irving at 661-616-5254.
