Contract Ombuds at Inter-American Development Bank

The international NGO that provides development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is seeking a temporary, contract Ombuds for a three and a half month appointment. The contractor will independently perform visitor case work, execute projects, conduct research, and provide technical support as needed on various activities. The IADB Ombuds Office is located in Washington, DC. 

Applicants must have a master’s degree or equivalent with background in social sciences, alternative dispute resolution, workplace conflict resolution, communications, or labor law, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. No salary or application deadline indicated. (Monster Posting.)
