Dispute Resolution Associate – Better Business Bureau, New York
The Dispute Resolution Associate administers the BBB mediation process from case intake through case closure. This person is the first line of contact for general incoming communication, (e.g. handling inquiry phone calls, e-mails), and has primary administrative responsibility for the Online Dispute Resolution Database and supervision of Arbitrations. This position also assists the Dispute Resolution Manager in supervising volunteers and interns when necessary.
Essential Skills:
Background in administration, conflict resolution, and supervision a plus.
