A colleague shared with us, her use of a HP Tablet PC in Mediation.  She uploads her Parenting Plan Template and simply hand writes in what the parties agree to in-session.

Is anyone else using this technology and if so, what hard/software are you using?

Hi Stephanie-

Jeff Thompson recently Blogged on this very topic. Check it out [here]. He provides detail on what applications he is using and how he uses them with his IPAD. Hope it helps.

Eric,

you beat me to it! I am actually currently using my iPad in Barcelona as part of an UNESCO - NYPD -Interfaith Center of NY - Scottish Interfaith delegation.

you can take the detective out of new york but not my love for donuts!
Jeff's article is what prompted my post.

So, with the iPad, I can upload a Parenting Plan template and actually write the agreed upon changes, then print out a new Parenting Plan?

I know you can on the HP Tablet, but it has WAY TOO many other "bloatware" app's that we just don't need or will ever use.
