I've left MIT after 5 years, and I guess my one line take away would be that you need to build something that fits the culture of your institution. I hope this is the right forum to bring up this topic and inspire some exchange. I am a person who likes to utilize power point when I do workshops in conflict resolution, at least to keep me speaking in a linear manner.
