two years later as I'm updating my profile I realized that I never replied to your comment. So sorry! I've left MIT after 5 years, and I guess my one line take away would be that you need to build something that fits the culture of your institution. My approach was to throw out lots of seeds and cultivated the ones that started to bloom. I'm happy to talk more if you're still interested. Ruthy

Susan Santiago from the radio program Good Morning West Marin invited Noam Ebner and Bryan Hanson of the Werner Institute at Creighton University to speak to their experiences as conflict engagement practitioners.
