Chicago – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Hon. Sheila M. O’Brien (Ret.) to its panel. Justice O’Brien will be based in the JAMS Chicago Resolution Center. She will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes including Appellate, Business/Commercial, Class Action/Mass Torts, Employment, Government/Public Agency, Personal Injury/Torts and Professional Liability.

Justice O’Brien served as a Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court for 16 years and as an Illinois trial judge for 10 years. “Joining JAMS is a natural transition from the bench and I look forward to working with the talented panel and the skilled case managers in Chicago,” said Justice O’Brien.
