Webinar: Technology Strategies to Achieve 100% Access to Justice

Cyberweek 2015: Technology Strategies to Achieve 100% Access to Jus... from Bryan J Hanson on Vimeo.

Webinar Description:

The Legal Services Corporation has committed “to explore the potential of technology to move the United States toward providing some form of effective assistance to 100% of persons otherwise unable to afford an attorney for dealing with essential civil legal needs.” This concept of 100% access was recently echoed by a resolution of Conference of Chief Justices and the Conference of State Court Administrators. This session will look at the technology strategies proposed at LSC’s Technology Summit, how they all fit together to work toward 100% access, and the role for the private bar in achieving this goal.
