Hi all,

I bought the book at its release.

This book has a wealth of information from history, to policy, to process and technique. The tenets of the ombudsman functions are clearly explained with the real world in mind.  I believe the book will become a "must read" for the ombuds, the ombuds hopeful or for the organization considering establishing an ombuds office.

Michael,

I have been corresponding with Chuck and I will be doing an interview for with him which will be posted either by the end of this week or early next week. I have read through half of the book already and have found it useful and knowledgeable- and this coming from a non-ombuds!
What is the title of the book?
Sorry for the delay. Organizational Ombudsman
