I'm an attorney-mediator and arbitrator with ADR Services, Inc. in Century City, California and the American Arbitration Association (expedited commercial panel). I am also an Adjunct Professor at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine School of Law; an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy; and, a Settlement Officer with the United States District Court for the Central District of California. I am a member of the Standing ADR Committee with the California State Bar Association.

Education and Experience

I graduated with a degree in Literature from the University of California at San Diego, went on to Law School at the University of California at Davis (graduating Order of the Coif in 1980) and received my LL.M in Dispute Resolution at the Straus Institute in 2006. I practiced commercial litigation for twenty-five years, as a partner at Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft (now merged with Duane Morris); and, an associate attorney at Buchalter, Nemer and Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz (in Los Angeles); and Weintraub Genshlea (in Sacramento).
