Conflict resolution and mediation for African Diaspora

I am thankful for Dr CJ Larkin and Dr Pam DeVove who organized ethnic mediation council of St Louis MO that has been helping many conflicts resolved in our ethnic communities. The integration of traditional and modern concepts of conflict resolution works best because people are very familiar and open if they approach for any issues based on the culture they know.
